Hi, I’m Kyla!

I’m an End User Care Specialist who is passionate about helping people, providing exceptional service, and documenting everything through writing. More than six years of work in user experience design and almost three years in a tech support role honed my client-oriented approach and communication skills.

My goal is to make end-users, clients, and nonprofits more efficient and effective at what they do. If I can help make someone’s day just a little bit better and assist them in completing their tasks, then I consider that a win!

I’ve always wanted to make people happy, and the only way I knew how was to help them solve their problems. I started as a UX Designer and then moved into the IT field as a technician. The journey isn’t over, and we’ll see where life takes me as I continue to learn and grow.
