Whitelisting and Blacklisting Emails in Barracuda

Note: Instructions for clients who want to whitelist or blacklist their emails through Barracuda, their email security gateway.

  1. Log into [client’s Barracuda URL].
  2. Select the Preferences tab > Allow List/Blocklist.
  3. View trusted email accounts under Allow List. Click Add to add a new trusted email address. Click the trashcan to delete.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of your screen to view the Block List of spammers. Click Add to add a new spam email address. Click the trashcan to delete.
