Note: Instructions for clients who want to whitelist or blacklist their emails through Barracuda, their email security gateway.
- Log into [client’s Barracuda URL].
- Select the Preferences tab > Allow List/Blocklist.
- View trusted email accounts under Allow List. Click Add to add a new trusted email address. Click the trashcan to delete.
- Scroll down to the bottom of your screen to view the Block List of spammers. Click Add to add a new spam email address. Click the trashcan to delete.
